Girls Soccer at Fay
During the fall sports season, Fay’s soccer players utilize our five soccer fields for both competition and training. We offer three different teams for girls at multiple levels based on each player’s age, skill level, and experience. Each team plays an average of 12 games each season. Every other year, the Varsity team plays a “Friday Night Lights” game against a rival school.
Our varsity team carries a roster of roughly 18 players and competes against our peer schools as well as a number of secondary school teams. The coaching philosophy of these teams is much more competitive than the development teams. The girls' varsity team participates in the Indian Mountain Tournament each year and won that tournament in 2024 and 2025. Many of our soccer players go on to play at highly competitive NEPSAC schools.
